Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securement of cargo.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, picking, packing, and record keeping as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding stock levels and issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
