As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory accuracy against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and during shifts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- 1-2 years of previous experience operating industrial forklifts.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts (Day/Night).
