Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner to load and unload materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Handle packages and freight with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
