Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations and conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Operational Efficiency: Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring proper organization of stock.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report defects immediately.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (CDL Class A not required, but Class B/C preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various climates.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible overtime.
