Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to maintain safety compliance.
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operation experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and reporting.
