Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, and store products in the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Stack and arrange products according to inventory plans to maximize space utilization.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory audits as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers regarding inventory levels and safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and hazard communication.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Basic computer skills for logging daily activities.
