Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Accurately record inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
