Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Inspect machinery before operation to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Organize and stack merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Document daily activities, including inventory counts and equipment checks.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
