Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain proper documentation for all shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment and report any issues.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production goals efficiently.
- Assist with cycle counting and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a barcode scanner.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
