Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, stack, unstack, and position product within the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and shipping docks efficiently and safely.
- Inspect forklift for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and document stock movements accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior forklift experience required. We offer paid training to certified operators.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification upon hire.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
