Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring merchandise is handled with care.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock, check for damages, and maintain accurate records.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment using proper packing techniques and labeling.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clear, shelves organized, and workstations clean.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
