Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to maintain warehouse flow.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized (5S standards) to prevent accidents.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation as required by management.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL Class B preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
