Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and routine maintenance checks on all warehouse equipment.
- Organize and stack inventory to ensure proper storage and easy accessibility.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift operator certification (CDL Class A/B not required but helpful).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
