Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using WMS systems.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain high productivity standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP) or equivalent license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B preferred).
