Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Verify shipment contents against bills of lading or packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance checks before each shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
