Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Train new hires on safe equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Flexible availability including weekends
