Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload trucks and containers.
- Organize, stack, and store inventory in designated racking areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily operational quotas.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all candidates on-site; a willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for weighing, counting, and labeling products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime.
