Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas, trucks, and shipping docks.
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards and perform routine maintenance checks as required.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
