Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, adhering to shipping schedules.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before and after each shift.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or scanning barcodes.
