Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring aisles are clear and hazards are minimized.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements using handheld scanners or logs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
