Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Sit-down and Reach) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift for any mechanical issues before starting shifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately record stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure pallets are securely stacked and loaded onto trailers to prevent damage or accidents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we provide the training!).
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license.
