Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve operational issues.
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and availability.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and work with scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
