Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stack materials with precision and speed.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on all warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the correct handling of inventory to prevent damage and loss.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory management.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
