Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and document movements accurately in the warehouse management system.
- Stack and organize pallets according to safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidate).
- Basic reading and writing skills for completing logs and safety checklists.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
