Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting accuracy.
- Ensure accurate documentation of shipments and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous forklift experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for entry-level positions.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
