Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to move, stack, and organize inventory within our warehouse facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure our supply chain remains seamless and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Handle hazardous materials or fragile items with appropriate care and documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
