Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff to drive productivity and safety.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all shifts.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
