Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately based on customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, scanned, and staged for shipment to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including regular sweeping and organizing of aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check.
