Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials to and from storage areas.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and machinery to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in the preparation and staging of customer orders for delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Valid driver's license (Class B with Hazmat endorsement a plus).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
