Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products efficiently.
- Perform routine safety inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, stock verification, and picking orders accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of shipping and receiving schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating uneven terrain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Current valid driver's license (Class B preferred).
