Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working order and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify and record inventory counts and stock locations with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
