Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory accuracy against shipping manifests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor forklift work, but good to have).
