Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack).
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with shipping schedules.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
