Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the shipping process.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues or safety hazards before starting shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all 5S protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we provide the training).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
