Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
