Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Attitude: Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.
