Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (RF Scanner, Reach Truck, or Clamp) to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a pristine work area by adhering to strict housekeeping and safety protocols (OSHA standards).
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper tagging of stock for shipping and receiving.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for material handling and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehousing experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
