As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods through our facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets safely.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report maintenance needs.
- Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including aisles and storage areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
