Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of all equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization is up to standard.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
