Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting cycle counts and documenting stock movements.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep work areas organized and clean to minimize hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
