Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counts and document stock movements accurately using warehouse management software.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Previous Experience Required: Must be willing to learn and obtain a forklift license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documentation.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
