Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package products according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials around the warehouse.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight using hand trucks and dollies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Work History: No prior experience required; high school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
