Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely, adhering to all weight limits.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts, as required.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and sorting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
