As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately and on time. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise onto and off of trucks, trailers, and pallets using appropriate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inventory Management: Verify counts of products against packing lists to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery responsibly and perform routine equipment checks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
