Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a professional and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid state ID or Driver’s License required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
