Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
