Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently and safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure warehouse spaces are organized and tidy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in cross-docking and order fulfillment processes as required.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and adapt to different shifts.
