Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a simple drug screen (no background check required).
