What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality during the packing process.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials safely.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely manner to maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic education required.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Overnight Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but not required (training available on-site).
