Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain proper stock organization using warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during the receiving and shipping process.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- No prior forklift experience required; we will train the right candidate.
